Role Overview:


We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern/Trainee to join our dynamic team This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other essential HR functions. As part of a growing entertainment-tech company, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations, interacting with talent, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Help maintain HR records and update employee information.
  • Engage with team members to promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in organizing and executing HR initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in daily HR operations and handle basic administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Available to work hybrid mode
