Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working in a hybrid work environment. You will be involved in various HR activities, from recruitment to employee engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of the HR department.

Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Help with onboarding new employees and preparing HR documentation.Maintain employee records and HR databases.Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.Assist in performance management and training initiatives.Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.Provide general support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, etc.) is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
