Role Description : Senior Project Manager ( Architect)


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's ( mandatory ) or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in the field
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience as Project Head
  • Experience in Creative Designing with Project Management would be added advantage
  • Proven experience in managing Techno Creative projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role is an added bonus
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing creative content and technology partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and trying new approaches.


Skills :

  • Basic Software : MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
  • MSP : added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Networking, DMX Integration : added advantage


Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the completion of projects, ensuring thorough management until installation and handover.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan of action, including schedules, resource allocation, and work plans.
  • Assess risks associated with the project and establish effective contingency plans.
  • Manage inputs and contributions from a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and drive Techno Creative projects, ensuring innovative and high-quality outcomes.
  • Detail delivery tasks, create checklists, and source creative content & technology partners as needed.
  • Manage a team of vendors, consultants, internal teams, and clients, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Establish a robust and transparent reporting structure to enhance project visibility and transparency.
  • Preference for professionals who embrace innovation and are open to trying new approaches and technologies.
