Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Project Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will beresponsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful deliverywithin scope, time, and budget constraints. You will work closely with junior project managers,coordinators, and various stakeholders, including clients, to facilitate effective communication andcollaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:1. Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering toexecution, delivery, and post-implementation review.2. Lead and mentor junior project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and supportto ensure project success.3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and clientexpectations.4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress andaddressing any deviations or risks promptly.5. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within theproject team.6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing regularupdates, and managing expectations effectively.7. Prepare and present project status reports and executive summaries to the CEO and othersenior leaders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.8. Drive cross-functional collaboration and coordination to ensure seamless project executionand delivery.9. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, resource allocation, andperformance enhancement.10. Uphold company values and standards of professionalism, integrity, and client satisfactionin all interactions and deliverables.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.2. Proven experience as a project manager with a track record of successfully deliveringcomplex projects on time and within budget.3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toachieve common objectives.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage withdiverse stakeholders at all levels.5. Sound understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and make informeddecisions.7. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiplepriorities and deadlines simultaneously.8. Previous experience reporting directly to senior leadership, preferably to the CEO orequivalent.
