We are looking for the right candidates to form the core of our Management Team, and are actively recruiting an Operations Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of local logistics, scheduling of technicians, after-sales service, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality, a keen eye for detail, and a solid technical background to effectively manage and optimize our operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Oversee and manage local logistics, including the coordination of lift deliveries, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient flow of materials.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage the scheduling of technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure optimal allocation of resources and prompt service delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • After-Sales and Customer Service: Lead the after-sales service team to provide exceptional customer support, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and manage the maintenance schedules for all installations to ensure lifts are in optimal condition, reducing downtime and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on operational performance, including KPIs and metrics related to logistics, scheduling, after-sales service, and maintenance. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A technical background is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Proven experience in logistics, scheduling, and after-sales service management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
