Role: The Project Management Personnel will work collaboratively with the Corporate Project Head to manage and track multiple ongoing and upcoming technical projects within the company. The primary responsibility of this role is to get the project executed OTIF in terms of scope, time & budgets.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Project Head to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the established timelines and budgets
  • Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate with department heads and team leads to allocate and optimize resources for each project
  • Ensure that resources are effectively utilized and aligned with project priorities
  • Monitor resource availability and make recommendations for resource allocation adjustments as needed
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams involved in the projects
  • Regularly align with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration
  • Address any conflicts or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables
  • Prepare regular project status reports, including key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the planned schedule
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and project specifications


Competencies:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting project goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent collaboration and co-operation skill.


Preferred:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical industry and or vaccine industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques


Qualifications:

B. Tech in any discipline and or MBA. Must be a certified PMP practitioner.


Experience:

8 to 10 years of work experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) IN Pharmaceutical and or Vaccine industry with 4-5 years of experience as a first line manager.
