**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Innovation and Design**: Develop and design innovative mechanical systems and products that meet industry standards and client requirements.
- **Project Management**: Take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Problem Solving**: Utilize your creativity and technical expertise to solve complex engineering problems and improve existing products and processes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions.
- **Prototyping and Testing**: Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs and ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed engineering documents, including specifications, design calculations, and reports.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mechanical industry.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA software.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about innovation and staying current with industry advancements.

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
