NPST is a fintech company bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.
We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do
We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Administration Manager to join our highly agile team. You will oversee administrative operations across all units, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and efficient support for departments within the organization.Your expertise will be essential in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant administrative laws and regulations.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring an organization that has an amazing workplace with the best of infrastructure.
- Responsible for implementing plans that promote the One Organization culture.
- Oversee and manage administrative staff, including but not limited to receptionists and office assistants.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor office services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process, ensuring adequate stock levels while optimizing costs across Units
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and scheduling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
- Handle administrative tasks to support People Team, such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, assisting with recruitment activities and other events.
- Collaborate with other department managers to support their administrative needs and facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements related to administrative functions.

- Proven experience in Administration.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations in reference to administration role in the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellence in MIS analytics, MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
- Experience in IT scale up organizations is a plus.
Education Qualification – Graduate preferrable
Experience - Total Experience: 10+ years
Industry - IT and scale up organization
Work arrangement – 5 days working from office
Location – Noida / Bengaluru / Mumbai
