Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in managing software projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project activities, ensuring effective communication with clients and the delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of software development projects, from initiation and planning through to deployment and closure, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional requirements such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders including senior management.


Mandatory Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience managing end-to-end software projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a project management role within a technology environment.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to manage expectations and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Should be able to support US clients and work mid-shift.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in creating functional documents, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Proven ability to understand and document functional requirements effectively.
