- Convincing & Conversion: Effectively present the unique benefits of our courses and convince leads to enroll, achieving monthly targets.

- Follow-up: Diligently follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and address any questions or concerns they may have.

- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with students and their families to foster trust and encourage enrollment.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and follow-up activities in the CRM.

- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to stay updated on course offerings, promotions, and new programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or counseling, preferably in the education sector.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students and their families.

- Persuasion Skills: Proven ability to convince and convert leads into enrollments.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-driven with a focus on achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
