- Ability to handle inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using office software and managing records.
- Understanding of the CBSE system and school operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Office Management**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Address inquiries related to school admissions, programs, and counseling services.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Provide preliminary counseling to students and parents regarding academic, career, and emotional concerns.
- Assist in directing students or parents to the appropriate in-school counselor for deeper issues.
- Offer basic guidance on CBSE curriculum, school policies, and available support resources.
- **Admissions Support**:

- Assist in the admissions process by providing detailed information about the school’s offerings, academic structure, and extracurricular activities.
- Handle admission inquiries, explain admission procedures, and help parents complete required forms and documentation.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student interactions and counseling sessions in an organized and confidential manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments with school counselors and administrators.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the school's counseling department to understand ongoing initiatives and provide accurate information to students and parents.
- Support school events related to admissions, orientation, and student guidance.
- Assist the administrative team with day-to-day operations as required.
- **Crisis Handling & Escalation**:

- Recognize when a student or parent requires immediate emotional support and take appropriate action.
- Direct critical cases to the appropriate school personnel or external professionals when necessary.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹26,700.00 per month
