Global Treasury Systems Administrator

INDIA REMOTE

CONTRACT TO HIRE ( 6 MONTHS OF CONTRACT THEN IT WILL CONVERT INTO PERMANENT )

( FOR RG: 6 MONTHS OF PROBATION AND LATER IT WILL CONVERT INTO FULL TIME )


Job Description Summary

Primary Functions:

  • Serve as the primary systems administrator for banking portals, and the global treasury management system.
  • Maintain global bank portal administration and access permissions for major banking partners.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to system users and expand access to additional banking partners and financial vendor portals.
  • Engage with departments like Controllership, A/P, A/R, IT, and global businesses.

Secondary Functions:

  • Provide ServiceNow support for banking portal, treasury applications and Treasury Management system incidents.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and external Audit teams.
  • Assist in developing training for banking and treasury system functionality.
  • Maximize the use and capacity of the treasury management system to support business needs.
  • Drive initiatives to consolidate system access and reduce ad-hoc systems.
  • Execute various projects and tasks as needed.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge and training of banking and treasury applications including functional and system administration.
  • Prior TMS and banking portal admin experience is preferred
  • Some working knowledge of accounting and treasury advised.
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation, and able to lead and manage specified projects.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural organization.
  • Ability to communicate technical and/or complex information to a variety of end users
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities
  • International experience is beneficial.
  • Exceptional skills in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple, complex requests at one time.
