Social Media Marketing Manager Internship – Ekosight Soil Doctor

Location: Full-Time Delhi Saket Office

Duration: 4-6 months

Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Ekosight Soil Doctor is revolutionizing agriculture by providing real-time, on-field soil testing solutions that empower farmers with actionable insights to optimize fertilizer use, improve soil health, and increase crop yields. We are on a mission to make farming more sustainable, productive, and profitable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager Intern who will be responsible for building and executing our social media strategy to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. You will work closely with our team to create impactful content, manage campaigns, and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.


• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (videos, reels, carousels, infographics, and stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.


• Optimize posts for reach and engagement, using relevant hashtags, captions, and trends.


• Manage and grow the community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with relevant stakeholders.


• Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and field officers to capture real stories and impact-driven content.


• Track and analyze key social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.


• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for better reach and lead generation.


• Stay updated with agri-tech trends, industry news, and best practices in digital marketing.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for someone who:


• Has strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.


• Is passionate about agriculture, sustainability, and technology.


• Has experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).


• Understands SEO, hashtags, and engagement strategies to optimize content reach.


• Is creative, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas.


• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Can work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):


• Experience in agri-tech, rural marketing, or working with farmers.


• Understanding of Facebook & Google Ads for paid promotions.


• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
