ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Personal Branding Social Media Manager to build and grow the personal brand of [Executive/Entrepreneur/Influencer]. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality content, ensuring daily audience growth, and positioning the brand as an industry authority across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay ahead of trends, utilizing the latest AI tools and marketing strategies for content creation and performance tracking.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure posts are published on time and with impact.
  • Collaborate with videographers, editors, and content creators for high-quality production.
  • Engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages to foster strong community relationships.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, adjusting strategies for continuous growth.
  • Experiment with paid growth strategies to amplify reach where needed.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Passionate about branding, social media trends, and digital marketing.
    • Experience working with high-profile individuals or executives.
    • Background in personal branding, PR, or digital media.
    • Expertise in paid advertising and influencer collaborations.
