Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our customer care team as a Non-Voice Application Support Specialist. This role involves handling backend operations related to hotel bookings and cancellations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using hotel reservation systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Process hotel bookings and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage booking modifications, amendments, and upgrades.
  • Verify and update customer information in the reservation system.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests via email or chat.
  • Provide support for hotel staff regarding reservations and cancellations.
  • Identify and resolve booking discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all booking transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
