Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic PR Executive to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our brand image and communication strategies. The PR Executive will work closely with internal teams, media outlets, and external stakeholders to create impactful public relations campaigns, manage media relations, and deliver compelling narratives that align with our organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to ensure positive and consistent media coverage.

Press Materials: Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to showcase company initiatives, events, and updates.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for press releases, articles, speeches, and social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility.

Crisis Management: Assist in managing public perception during crises by delivering clear, concise, and proactive communication.

Event Coordination: Support PR campaigns and coordinate media presence for corporate events, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze PR performance metrics, and provide detailed reports to measure the success of campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure alignment of PR activities with overall branding strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Familiarity with PR tools, media databases, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
