Pay Scale: 4.8 to 6 lakh Per annum

Job Description:


We are seeking a Trade Finance Specialist to join our team and take charge of various

financial transactions related to inward and outward remittances, currency hedging,

and international trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid

understanding of financial regulations, including FEMA regulations, Foreign Assets

Control list, and ECGC guidelines.


Responsibilities:


 Coordinate with banking partners for inward and outward remittances,

ensuring compliance with regulations.

 Manage hedging activities for USD and Euro to mitigate currency risk.

 Stay updated on FEMA regulations, Foreign Assets Control list, and ECGC

guidelines.

 Handle LC and Standby LC operations, including issuance scrutiny and bill

payment processing.

 Monitor swift messages for accuracy and prompt action.

 Conduct sanctions screening to mitigate financial risk.

 Facilitate cross-border trading activities, including pre and post shipment

discounting.

 Ensure document consistency and accuracy in all transactions.

 Identify and resolve discrepancies with customers.

 Process transactions within defined turnaround times.

 Address audit queries to maintain compliance.

 Educate customers and Relationship Managers for transaction accuracy.


Requirements:


 Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a similar

role.

 Strong understanding of financial regulations, including FEMA, and trade

finance practices.

 Proficiency in handling LC operations, swift messages, and sanctions screening.

 Excellent attention to detail and ability to scrutinize documents for accuracy

and compliance.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
