Base: Goa (with travel across India)Type: Full-timeWe’re looking for a Corporate Chef to drive our culinary vision across our India operations - including Pisco By The Beach (Goa), After Dinner (Goa), The Backwaters (Kochi), Cafe Montagne (Leh), and upcoming projects in Bangalore.This role is based in Goa and is as much about people as it is about food. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team that values creativity, trust and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who can set the tone for menus, build and mentor teams, and nurture kitchens that feel both professional and personal.Responsibilities • Lead menu development and seasonal innovations across outlets. • Standardize recipes, plating, and operational processes while respecting each restaurant’s individuality. • Mentor and train chefs, creating a culture of growth and accountability. • Manage food cost controls, sourcing, and vendor relationships. • Ensure kitchens maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance. • Work closely with management on new concepts, launches, and special projects.Requirements • At least 3 years in a leadership role. • Expertise in international cuisines. • Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills. • Someone who thrives in intimate, hands-on teams rather than large corporate structures. • Willingness to travel between Goa, Kochi, Leh, and Bangalore as required.
