Job Overview


VCATCH, a leading BPO company based in Bangalore, is seeking a Skip Trace Agent for a full-time position. The Skip Trace Agent will be responsible for locating individuals who have skipped out on financial obligations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in skip tracing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in skip tracing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of skip tracing tools and techniques
  • Excellent research and investigative skills
  • Ability to analyze data and follow leads
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using skip tracing software and databases
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to skip tracing
  • High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
