Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Educational Leadership: Lead the development andimplementation of innovative educational strategies that align withour schools vision and mission. Curriculum
Oversight:Oversee all aspects of course curriculum and educational activitiesacross multiple schools within the group.
CurriculumDevelopment: Drive the design and implementation of rigorousstandardsaligned curriculum that fosters critical thinkingcreativity and problemsolving skills.
PedagogicalInnovation: Champion pedagogical innovation by introducingcuttingedge teaching methodologies and educational technologies toenhance student learning experiences.
ProfessionalDevelopment: Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculumimplementation instructional practices and classroom managementtechniques.
Assessment and Evaluation: Establisheffective assessment and evaluation systems to monitor studentprogress and inform instructional decisionmaking. CommunityEngagement: Collaborate with parents community stakeholders andeducational partners to build strong relationships and promote aculture of educational excellence.
Advocacy and PolicyInfluence: Advocate for policies and practices that promote equitydiversity and inclusion within the educational system and advocatefor the needs of our students and educators.

Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree inEducation or a related field. Proven track record of success ineducational leadership roles with experience overseeing curriculumdevelopment and educational activities across multipleschools.
Deep understanding of curriculum designpedagogical approaches and educational best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadershipskills.
Visionary mindset with a passion for drivingeducational innovation and improving studentoutcomes.
