  • PayrollManagement for India: Overseeing accurate and timelyprocessing of payroll for all employees and contractor resourcesmanaging time and absence integration into attendance managementand subsequent impact on payroll managing gift taxation policy.Driving the right employee experience in alignment with the R1culture and values.
  • Managing andensuring statutory compliance adherence for R1India: Ensuring compliance for R1 with respect todifferent state specific laws related to payroll and employmenttaxes. Collaborating with HR/Finance/Tax etc. team as may be deemednecessary
  • Background Verificationprocess run: BGV is a critical process for successof R1 Operations. Managing the process seamlessly within thedefined TAT and guidelines laid down for the organization isimperative.
  • MIS Management forEmployee Services Team: Since HR Operations andPayroll both functions are transaction heavy with zero tolerancefor scope of error or misses due to high impact and visibility therole demands strong governance and auditingprinciples
  • Vendor Engagement andManagement: As a team we engage with vendors forproviding BGV services payroll and statutory filing tracking andevaluating statutory laws applicable for the organization and hirecontractual workforce where deemed fit to deliver the BAUdeliverables. This role will manage the relationship with thestakeholders and assure appropriate level of engagement to haveseamless delivery for R1.
IdealCandidate
  • Passion for managing dataand driving analysis and governance within theteam
  • Extensive experience in running payrollprocess for 10000 employee base across India and in depthunderstanding of applicable statutory compliances andnorms
  • Understanding of Background verificationprocesses and associated compliances to be able to partnerstrategically
  • Understanding of a HRIS tool andbent towards technology. Workday knowledge is preferred but notmandatory
  • Good communication and stakeholdermanagementskills

  • Experience ismanaging complex project delivery along with ideation capability ofthinking end to end
  • Technology savvy to be ableto adapt to various tools integrations and technologies adopted atR1 and contributemindfully
