Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from the client’s end in terms of delivery, new engagements, change in schedule/ commercials etc Interact with business/development team to collect information and documents and deliver to Expleo offshore team for planning Prepare Test Approach and Strategy and Project Plan and deliver Scope finalization Test approach & schedule finalization Coordinate to get clarifications to test team Environment Readiness Review and Acceptance Timely escalation of risks, deviation in the schedule to the senior management at client’s end Implementation of the Testing process as defined in the Test Approach and Strategy Must adhere to the IT policy, IT security policy or any such guidelines of the bank Identify and resolve the issues that might impact the Project plan Conduct regular project status meetings within the testing team Administer the Project Change Control Procedure with senior management at client’s end Defect reporting and coordination Publish Defect reports Prepare the Test summary report and obtain sign off from client Responsible for delivery and presentation of all project status update under Testing framework to the Project board
