Jobresponsibilities:After Salessupport
  • In case offailure or claim by a customer in accordance with the Sales Managerthe HQ After Sales and the Manager of Global After Salesindications intervene and manage thesituation
  • In case of failure or claim by acustomer after the actions taken write a detailed and completereport. Before being sent to the customer the report to be verifiedand approved by the HQ After Sales
  • Plan andarrange the relative spare parts whenever a new product sold inmarket. Spare parts list to be verified with the Italian AfterSales Office
  • Plan and arrange the requiredtools whenever a repair needed. The list of the tools has to beverified and planned with the Italian engineeringoffice
  • Visit the customer installation do themapping and deliver the machine whenever required and in accordancewith the Country Sales Manager and the HQ R&D After Salesand Sales Manager Asia
  • Maintain properdocumentation of reports and communication with customers Fast andprofessional handling withcustomers
Otherresponsibilities
  • Readyto travel to the site or field visit to attend the customercomplaints.
  • Need to coordinate the work /repair of the gearboxes &hydraulics
  • Need to work / repair the gearbox& hydraulics on hand wheneverrequired.
  • Operation knowledge on hydraulic testbench.
  • Application skills like to do thepressure mapping on the machine (by using Hydro technik equipment)collect the data on laptop and prepare areport.
  • Training skills required to train thecustomers & their serviceEngineers/Dealers.
  • After Sales Coordination andassist the after sales calls and attend the small OEMSindividually.
  • Update the customer claims in DBsystem. Send reports on timely basis to thecustomers.
  • Maintain a cordial relationship withthe customers & teammembers.
ApplicationEngineering
  • Supportscustomer relationships by maintaining deep product technicalknowledge and providing technical advice technical support andtechnical expertise to enable & foster expansion in themarket and solve for customer inquiry problems andneeds.
  • Product engineering & offeringsas per Customer needs
  • Catalogue productselection with detailed technical knowledge for convincing& offerings to Customer
  • Work withProduct Managers and customers to determine business needs andsolutions Address customer queries and issues in a timelymanner.
  • Provide postsales support to customersas needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback todesign team to make appropriate changes in product design Conductinternal application trials for verification and qualification ofproduct.
  • Work with Sales Manager to developplans to meet sales goals maintain a high level of customerawareness of product Prepare training and marketing presentationsfor customers and sales personnel.
  • Visit keycustomers for specific design problems or competitivesituations.
  • Evaluate new software products andprovide defect and enhancement reports assist in modifying existingproduct to improve system performance Maintain clear and accuratedocumentations of problem solutions.
  • Maintaincomprehensive tutorials to assist product team in designing anddevelopment of new products.
  • Be an expert inthe company s products and applications across endmarkets whilebeing vigil of cost savings and expansion into untapped marketapplications.
  • Understand the difference in thecompany s products vs. competitor s offerings and provide expertadvice on the advantages of the company s products in specificapplications.
  • Perform analysis of complexapplication needs and develop recommendations in support ofcustomer balancing business need. Conduct tooling and applicationtesting. Prepare and present progress status and forecastingreports of assigned area ofresponsibility
  • Maintain expert knowledge onindustry trends training opportunities andforecasts.
  • Support sales growth in using thecompany s products/technology to design and execute cost savingsinitiatives with customers.
  • Operate the firstinstallation of a new application under the coordination of theSales Manager Asia and following the instructions of the aftersales department from the HQ R&D AfterSales
  • Prepare a detailed and exhaustive reportof the installation following the format given by the Italian aftersales department.
In case offailure of the operation identify the root cause of such failureand report to the HQ R&D After Sales and Sales ManagerAsiaOtherresponsibilities
