1.Facility Management: Supervise day-to-day operations of the designated floor, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.

2. Coordination: Coordinate schedules, activities, and resources to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.

3.Staff Support:Provide assistance and support to staff members working on the floor, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between teams.

4.Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience while on the premises. This may include directing guests to appropriate areas, answering questions, and providing information about the facility.

5. Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise on the floor promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.


 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Report any safety hazards or
maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in facility management, hospitality, or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite) and facility management software.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
