  • Create captivatingmotion graphics for digital platforms marketing materials and videocontent.
  • Develop storyboards concept layoutsand design animations that accurately reflect the brandsvision.
  • Collaborate with the creative team toensure consistency of designs across various mediaoutlets.
  • Utilize creativity and artistictechniques to deliver highquality animations and visualeffects.
  • Work with marketing and design teamsto incorporate motion graphics into videos andpresentations.
  • Optimize and prepare designs forvarious formats and channels.
  • Stay updated onthe latest trends and techniques in motion graphics andanimation.
  • Assist in the creation of assets formarketing and social media purposes.
  • Ensuretimely delivery of all assigned tasks andprojects.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessionsand creative meetings to share new design perspectives andideas.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneouslymanaging time and deadlineseffectively.
  • Collaborate with video editorscopywriters and other stakeholders to ensure effective storytellingthrough visual content.
  • Engage in continuouslearning and skill improvement to enhance creativecapabilities.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines andmaintain consistency across all designs andprojects.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inGraphic Design Animation Multimedia or a relatedfield.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in motiongraphics animation and video editing software such as Adobe AfterEffects Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
  • Strongportfolio showcasing motion graphics and animationwork.
  • Understanding of typography color theoryand layout in motion design.
  • Experience with 2Dand 3D animation techniques and tools.
  • Abilityto interpret and execute scripts storyboards and creative briefsinto effective visual designs.
  • Knowledge ofvideo formats codecs and compression techniques for onlinedelivery.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively within a creative teamenvironment.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eyefor aesthetics and visualcomposition.
  • Capability to manage multipleprojects while meeting deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Understanding of social mediatrends and digital content creation.
  • Ability totake constructive feedback and implement changeseffectively.
  • Experience in creating visualcontent for digital marketing campaigns is aplus.
  • Understanding of HTML CSS and web designprinciples is advantageous.
