Requirements

Weare looking for an experienced Interface Developer andConfiguration Specialist with a comprehensive background indesigning developing and managing interfaces particularly withinthe Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) ecosystem. The ideal candidateshould possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills andattention to detail with handson experience in Oracle SQL andexpertise in inbound interfaces.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. InterfaceDesign andDevelopment:

    • Designdevelop and manage customized interfaces on Kronos WorkforceCentral to support unique businessrequirements.
    • Develop and optimizeinbound interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and accurateworkforcemanagement.

  2. ConfigurationandCustomization:

    • Workclosely with stakeholders to understand requirements then configureKronos WFC solutions to meet specifiedneeds.
    • Implement customconfigurations to enhance the system s performance and align withevolving businessprocesses.

  3. DatabaseDevelopment with OracleSQL:

    • Developcomplex Oracle SQL database objects including tables views PL/SQLblocks functions stored procedures andpackages.
    • Ensure efficient datahandling and optimized database performance for Kronos WFCinterfaces andconfigurations.

  4. TechnicalTroubleshooting andProblemSolving:

    • Provideexpert analysis and troubleshooting support for issues related tointerfaces configurations and databaseobjects.
    • Leverage strongproblemsolving abilities to resolve technical challenges quicklyand accurately maintaining high levels of systemreliability.

  5. Documentationand ProcessImprovement:

    • Documentinterface designs configurations and troubleshooting steps toensure a wellmaintained knowledgebase.
    • Identify and recommendimprovements for interface and configuration processes focusing onefficiency andaccuracy.
RequiredSkills andQualifications:
  • Experience:810 years of overall IT experience with a focus on interface designdevelopment and management particularly within Kronos WorkforceCentral (WFC).
  • Kronos WFCExpertise: Proven experience in developing customizedinterfaces and configurations within KronosWFC.
  • Oracle SQLProficiency: Strong handson experience in developingOracle SQL database objects including tables views PL/SQL blocksfunctions stored procedures andpackages.
  • Analytical andProblemSolving Skills: High attention to detail withdemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technicalissues.
  • Inbound InterfaceDevelopment: Expertise in designing and managing inboundinterfaces for Kronos WFC ensuring accurate and efficient dataintegration.
AdditionalDesirableSkills:
  • Experience withoutbound interfaces and data exchange inWFC
