OverviewThe SAP BRFConsultant plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining SAPBusiness Rule Framework Plus (BRF) solutions ensuring alignmentwith business objectives and processes. This role requiresexpertise in SAP BRF configuration and customization to enhancedecisionmaking and automate business rules within the SAPlandscape.KeyResponsibilities
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to understand business requirements and translate theminto technical specifications for SAP BRFsolutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP BRFapplications to meet specific business rule managementneeds.
  • Provide technical expertise inintegrating SAP BRF with other SAP modules and externalsystems.
  • Develop and maintain rule setsdecision tables and rule flows within SAPBRF.
  • Participate in endtoend implementationprojects including design development testing and deployment of BRFsolutions.
  • Perform system analysis andtroubleshooting for BRF relatedissues.
  • Collaborate with functional andtechnical teams to ensure seamless BRF integration with existingSAP solutions.
  • Document technicalspecifications solution designs and configuration activitiesrelated to SAP BRF.
  • Provide guidance andsupport to junior consultants and end users on SAP BRF bestpractices and usage.
  • Stay updated with SAP BRFenhancements and new features and provide recommendations for theirimplementation.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAPBRF configuration andimplementation.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programmingand SAP Workflow.
  • Handson experience in SAP BRM(Business Rule Management) and BOPF (Business Object ProcessingFramework).
  • Demonstrated expertise inintegrating SAP BRF with other SAP modules and thirdpartysystems.
  • Strong understanding of business rulemodeling decision tables and rule flows within SAPBRF.
  • Experience in leading BRF design workshopsand requirement gathering sessions.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Certification in SAP BRF is aplus.
  • Expertise in areas like Reports ModulePool Forms RFC BAPI BADI BDC User Exits enhancement points and ABAPOOP s.
  • Understands functional specificationsand develops and implement technicalspecifications.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Tax andrevenue module is desirable.
  • Atleast one full lifecycle implementation project (fromBlueprint/Explore throughGoLive)
