Tasks

We are lookingfor an experienced Data Scientist / AIDeveloper with a strong foundation in classicalmachine learning deep learning natural language processing (NLP)and generative AI. You will be responsible for designing andimplementing AI models including finetuning large language models(LLMs) and developing innovative solutions to solve complexproblems in a variety of domains.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement machine learning models and deep learning algorithmsfor various use cases.
  • Work on NLP projectsinvolving text classification language modelling entity recognitionand sentiment analysis.
  • Leverage generative AItechniques to create innovative solutions and models for contentgeneration summarization and translationtasks.
  • Finetune large language models (LLMs) tooptimize performance for specific tasks orapplications.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to design AIdriven solutions that address businessproblems.
  • Analyse largescale datasets performdata preprocessing feature engineering and modelevaluation.
  • Stay updated with thelatest advancements in AI ML NLP and LLMs tocontinuously improve models andmethodologies.
  • Present findings and insights tostakeholders in a clear and actionablemanner.
  • Build and maintain endtoend machinelearning pipelines for scalable deployment.

RequiredSkills:

  • Strongexpertise in supervised and unsupervised machinelearning techniques.
  • Proficiencyin deep learning frameworks such asTensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
  • Solid experiencein Natural Language Processing (NLP)including tokenization embeddings and sequencemodelling.
  • Handson experience withgenerative AI models and theirpractical applications.
  • Proven ability tofinetune large language models (LLMs)for specific tasks.
  • Strong programming skillsin Python and familiarity withlibraries like Scikitlearn NumPy andpandas.
  • Experience in handling large datasetsand working with databases (SQLNoSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization tools (DockerKubernetes).
  • Deep expertise incomputer vision including techniques for objectdetection image segmentation image classification and featureextraction.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills analytical thinking and attention to detail.

PreferredSkills:

  • Provenexperience in finetuning LLMs (like llama seriesmistral) for specific tasks and optimizing theirperformance.
