JobRequirements:

1.Agile Program Setup Define the way teams should be organised andthe way they would work while ensuring alignment with widerstakeholders

2.Product Delivery Act as an advisor and partner by understanding andaligning on goals objectives and outcomes cocreating the productdelivery roadmap by defining and prioritising MVP and features andresolving the impediments by facilitating the tradeoffdiscussions.

3.Engineering Transformation Facilitate adoption of relevantengineering practices and interventions to improve the pace andproductivity and build a culture of continuousimprovement

4.Cloud Transformation Drive cloud transformation for the enterprisesby leading teams in building cloud native applications. Migratingenterprise workloads to cloud and implementing hybrid solution byleverage the cloud services available for specific capabilities

5.Tooling strategy Establish effective use of tools to visualise theflow of work and aid the product management engineering andgovernance process. Drive adoption within the teams aroundeffective usage oftooling.

6.Contract and Change Management Experience around change managementto effectively define and manage the construct around outcomesmilestones in context of agile product/programdelivery.

7.Governance Establish the governance withcustomer and teams to (a) drive alignment on the progress againstthe outcomes (b) focus on risk management and (c) establish strongchangemanagement.

Skills:

1.Ability to understand & deep dive into product architectureengineering and way of working to effectively engage with the teamfacilitate/own resolution of impediments and provide handsonleadership during criticalstages.

2.Natural inclination to lead influence coach teams includingcustomer & partner stakeholders to promote appreciation ofagile values and engineering practices and importance of quickerand faster delivery of value whilst maintaining focus on the goalsandoutcomes.

3.Experience in leading engineering and cloud transformationprograms.

4.Ability to pivot around agile values and leverage strong knowledgeof methodologies to create a product delivery model best suited forcustomer organisation andneeds.

5.Promote culture of continuous planning across different horizonsand adapting or responding based on criticalreflections.

6.Appreciation and strong understanding of global deliverymodel.

7.Experience delivering medium to large programs (100200 FTE or $1015 M) using agilemethodologies.
