Description

The Cirrus programme is one of Deutsche Bank’s key strategic deliverables, responsible for the delivery of Deutsche Bank (DB) and Google Cloud’s pioneering cloud and innovation partnership. It is sponsored by the Management Board member Bernd Leukert and runs a Steering Committee with several other Management Board members in attendance. The Cirrus programme team forms part of the Cloud and Corporate Security organisation – a division of Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI).

The position will be in the Cirrus Central Programme Management office within the Business Case and Demand Management team based in Pune. This significant role covers two main areas of responsibility.

Supporting the development and updating of the multi-year Cirrus business case Governance and oversight of the scope and pipeline of applications migrating to Google Cloud

Your key responsibilities

Undertake analysis and modelling of the application pipeline and business case to ensure a robust process and to meet Minimum Revenue Commitments Manage application migration pipeline in conjunction with the CIO delivery leads and application teams Maintain application golden source and ensure application readiness for the initiation of the application migration Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement wherever possible, leveraging best practice Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, CIOs, PMO & Programme / Delivery Managers, providing timely responses to ad-hoc queries when required

Your skills and experience

Strong financial modelling experience, demonstrating attention to detail and high bar in terms of output quality and clarity of conclusions Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. Experience with business analysis and data mining tools Strong written & oral communication skills, able to work with global stakeholders at all levels Demonstrable collaborative working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment, capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with ability to challenge and prioritise Self-starter who can manage candidate/applicant time effectively and operate independently, being proactive with line management when help and guidance is required to progress Additional preferred requirementsPreviously owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised storiesPrevious experience of requirements generation, triage, and delivery process
