Your role andgoals

As a Website Manager your responsibilitywill be overseeing and maintaining Productsups website. This roleis an itegral part of our fastgrowing marketing team and we view itas an essential component of strengthening our position as a marketleader. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of ourwebsite and deliver results while working with the rest of the teamon how to optimize the existing website and create new lead drivingand conversion optimised pages for our campaigns.

In your first 3 months youwill:
  • You will join our topnotch onboarding program where you will learn all about your newcolleagues the company our strategy and goals our products ourclients where we are very proud of your first priorities to have agood start and the great tools we use to make our lifeeasier.
  • We will introduceyou to our current setup of our Website platform and train you onnecessary tools. We will prepare a good handover to get youstarted.
  • Complete athorough assessment of our Productsup website: technical setup CMScompetition and gap analysis in order to make recommendations howto improve the status of our currentwebsite
  • Manage landing page creationand optimization for our online marketing campaigns and conversionrate optimization of new and existingpages
  • Generate ideas for new functionality onthe website and managing their implementation by a webdeveloper
In your first 6 months andbeyond you will:
  • Own the sitestechnical functionality code and content including responding toand troubleshooting all website issues
  • Beresponsible for ensuring all digital activities comply withrelevant legal and web accessibility requirements and ensurequality and efficiency by conducting a regular testplan
  • Select experimentation tooling &set up an experimentation program to drive continuous improvementsin terms of user experience and conversionrates
  • Assist the performance marketing teamwith PPC campaigns on Google and/orLinkedIn
  • Analyze and regularly report onwebsite performance leveraging the relevant toolset and developingtactical next steps to optimize theperformance
  • Create a roadmap forfor the websitedevelopment
  • Work with internal stakeholders (PRHR IT and our programs and performance marketing teams) on handlingpage creation and optimization
  • Work with ourweb developer to improve technical / structural aspects of thewebsite if & whenneeded
What you bring to theteam
  • 4 years of coding or websitemanager experience
  • Proficient in HTML5CSS3
  • Proficient in Google Analytics Google TagManager Google Search Console
  • Knowledge ofContentful or similar CMS
  • Expertise in UX/UIand CRO
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop orother imageprocessing software
  • Proficient inone or more programming languages
  • Fluency inEnglish
