Sr CNC Programmer

Overview:The SeniorCNC Programmer plays a crucial role in our organization as they areresponsible for programming and ensuring the efficient operation ofCNC machines ultimately contributing to the precision and qualityof our products. They collaborate closely with the engineering andproduction teams to meet production targets and uphold qualitystandards.KeyResponsibilities:

• Program and set upCNC machines based on engineering blueprints andspecifications.
• Optimize machining processes toenhance productivity and minimizedowntime.
• Collaborate with engineers todetermine the most efficient manufacturingapproaches.
• Perform regular maintenance andtroubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure smoothoperations.
• Inspect machined parts to verifyconformance to quality standards and make adjustments asnecessary.
• Train and mentor junior CNCprogrammers and machine operators.
• Develop andmaintain CNC programs using CAD/CAMsoftware.
• Implement safety protocols and bestpractices in machining operations.
• Collaboratewith tooling and maintenance personnel to ensure optimal toolperformance.
• Participate in continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance machining processes and productquality.

RequiredQualifications:

• Education: anygraduate/ ITI/ diploma/ BE mechanical
• Minimumof 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machiningoperations.
• Indepth knowledge of CNCprogramming languages and Gcodeprogramming.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM softwaresuch as AutoCAD SolidWorks or Mastercam.
• Strongunderstanding of precision machining processes andprinciples.
• Experience: 5 years of experiencein brass industry
• Must have good knowledge ofproduction and CNC & VMCprogramming
• Ability to read and interpretcomplex engineering blueprints and technicaldrawings.
• Excellent problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills in a manufacturingenvironment.
• Proven track record of optimizingmachining processes for improved efficiency andquality.
• Strong communication and interpersonalskills for effective collaboration within crossfunctionalteams.
• Thorough knowledge of safety protocolsand regulations in machining andmanufacturing.
