Position: Recruiter / Sr.Recruiter IT Technology
Location: PAN India(Remote)
About theRole:
Were seeking atalented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. Youll play a vitalrole in identifying attracting and hiring top IT professionalsacross various technical skillsets.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understandtechnical needs and requirements.
- Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates throughdiverse channels (LinkedIn meetups referralsetc.).
- Conduct initial interviewsand assessments to evaluate candidate skills andexperience.
- Negotiate offers andcoordinate the recruitment process from start tofinish.
- Build and maintain a strongtalent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promote our employer brand and attract top ITprofessionals.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in domestic ITrecruitment.
- Strong understandingof various technical skill sets (Java .Net Cloud DevOpsetc.).
- Excellent communicationinterpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in sourcing candidates through creativemethods.
- Ability to workindependently and manage multiple taskseffectively.
- Proficiency in usingrecruitment tools and software.
- Agogetter attitude with a passion for exceedingexpectations.
