HandlingQueries & complaints of clients & solving it withinTAT.
Acquiring new clients & retaining the oldclients by periodic meetings.
Profiling clients byconducting in depth review of clients financial requirementsanalysing information & recommending portfolios.
Monitoring & enhancing Advisors Advising skills through calltracking weekly targets & meetings concalls.
