1. Reporting to Delivery Manager/Team Lead and creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage 
2. CAD modeling and 3D annotations of HVAC and it's components and assemblies ensuring timely delivery at every milestones as per Project time plan and the schedule assigned by Project lead. 
3. Work out detail engineering and TPL creation and Release in PLM
4. Define validation plan of exterior HVACs components and assemblies on component level meeting all requirements of functionality, performance and quality as per client standards. 
5. Understand and implement feedback from all internal agencies within client and external agencies (component suppliers, engineering service provider) for design, engineering, development and Launch of vehicle. 
6. POST launch engineering support to resolve all manufacturing, Weight, Quality and Cost reduction activities.
7. Participate in the client initiatives like VAVE , weight reduction and quality improvements and deliver as per given target of cost, quality and weight. 

Domain Skills/Technical Competency : 
Minimum one complete BEV (EV Bus and EV Truck) -Design,Engineering and Development cycle till launch for Battery Cooling Systems(BCS) (selection,specification ,installation,validation,post launch support,customer issue resolution ) and cabin HVAC systems.

Working Knowledge of Electronics, Functional Safety (ISO26262) to manage EV Cooling system (BCS), AI/ML desired.

1. The job requires domain knowledge of HVAC Design for Automotive components and assemblies. 
2. Plastic components Design and engineering both HVAC system components and air handling components like ducts and air vents. 
3. Knowledge of tooling of plastics and manufacturing processes and moulding processes. 
4. CATIA expertise, in solid, surface modeling, assembly modeling, 3D annotations 

Working Knowledge of CFD Tools, Matlab/Simulink desired.

1. Good working Knowledge of regulations and engineering processes like DFMEA, DVP, DFM, DFA and DFS, DVP, etc. 
2. PLM knowledge and knowledge of Vehicle BOM and Engineering BOM
