Accountable for installation and upgrading of new and existing reporting solutions for customers
Participate in the evaluation of technical and optimally detail technical issues Write and maintain documentation to describe developments, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections Drive product upgrade delivery planning with clients. Work closely with clients and internal teams to provide insight on regulatory/internal release timelines to help the client handle the solution upgrade deployment and testing timelines.Understand, analyze, plan, build, test, deliver new custom reports as per client request.
generation of new automated regression testing solutions in the Controller View® platform
Build, test, and deliver hotfixes. Request product fixes from the internal product team.
Keep ownership/accountability for open tickets.
Strong database/SQL knowledge
Proficiency Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of scheduling tools (Control M, Autosys, etc)
Knowledge of XML and good experience in Java
Knowledge of SED/AWK/PERL
CV9 or CV10 experience desirable
Strong communication skills
Motivated to learn independently.
English and other languages desirable
Keep tickets updated with test evidence and artifacts.
B.S. in technology is preferred or similar level of education in finance, accounting with a demonstrable interest in technology will be entertained.
