OverviewThe GraphicDesigner Trainer plays a vital role in the organization bydeveloping and delivering comprehensive training programs toeducate and empower graphic designers. This position is crucial forensuring that our design team remains at the forefront of industrytrends best practices and softwareproficiency.KeyResponsibilities
  • Developing trainingmaterials and resources for graphic design software andtools.
  • Conducting training sessions to educateand enhance the skills of graphicdesigners.
  • Providing oneonone coaching andsupport to designers to improve their technical and creativeabilities.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness oftraining programs and making necessaryadjustments.
  • Collaborating with design teamleads to identify training needs and opportunities for skilldevelopment.
  • Staying updated on industry trendsand sharing best practices with the designteam.
  • Assessing the proficiency of designersand providing constructive feedback.
  • Organizingworkshops and seminars to foster continuous learning andgrowth.
  • Creating engaging and interactivetraining sessions to maximize learningoutcomes.
  • Implementing assessment tools andevaluations to measure trainingeffectiveness.
  • Supporting the onboardingprocess for new graphic designers.
  • Empoweringdesigners to develop their personal brand and unique designstyle.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance tojunior designers.
  • Collaborating with externaltraining resources and industryprofessionals.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inGraphic Design Visual Communication or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designerwith a strong portfolio of work.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign).
  • Excellent understanding oftypography color theory and layoutprinciples.
  • Prior experience in conductingtraining or teaching graphic designconcepts.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provideconstructive feedback and support the growth ofdesigners.
  • Deep passion for design and a keeneye for detail.
  • Uptodate knowledge of designtrends techniques and software.
  • Ability to workboth independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
  • Experience in creatinginstructional materials such as tutorials presentations andvideos.
  • Certification in training orinstructional design is a plus.
  • Flexibility toadapt to the learning styles and needs of diversedesigners.
  • Proactive approach to identifyingand addressing training gaps andopportunities.
