About the Team:

Technology delivery of Projects and Client Engagement for FIS® Wealth as a Service business. FIS® Wealth as a Service delivers modernized and agile technology, backed by a comprehensive global outsourcing and asset servicing model, to firmly put Wealth Management firms in control of their core business.

What you will be doing:

Integration Solution Design: Architect and design robust integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft Platform to integrate data lake repositories with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Data Mapping and Transformation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and perform data mapping and transformation to ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. API Development: Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to facilitate bi-directional data exchange between data lake repositories, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront and CRM system. Custom Connector Development: Customize and extend MuleSoft connectors to integrate with marketing technologies and CRM APIs, ensuring seamless interoperability and data synchronization. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize integration workflows and data processing pipelines to enhance system performance and scalability. Error Handling and Monitoring: Implement robust error handling mechanisms and monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of integrated systems. Assist with troubleshooting integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation of other products. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including integration design specifications, data mappings, and deployment procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future maintenance efforts. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data engineers, MarTech administrators and CRM administrators, to gather requirements, prioritize integration tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Ownership - Take responsibility of stakeholder issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication and providing meaningful feedback on a regular basis. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft, Workfront and Salesforce marketing cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions and optimize system performance.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, including designing and implementing integrations
  • Hands-on experience with open source and agile development tools such as GitHub or SVN, and Maven
  • Experience working with MuleSoft components, workflow, and patterns, and how to configure them
  • Should be able to create API led development with complex logic for the given requirement with best practice guidelines.
  • Must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with stakeholders and implementing complex integrations

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols.
  • Strong technical background in integration middleware and engineering technologies
  • Verbal/written communication
