Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

2. Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.

4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

5. Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

8. Provide basic information to visitors regarding company products, services, and locations.

9. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff as needed.

10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

 



Requirements
