We at Neova Solutions are looking for a Senior Java Developer for one of our Bay Area clients who is into Finance Automation and software solutions for businesses. We are looking for a prominent resource who can independently design moderate to complex modules with solid code quality. 


Role:  Senior Java Developer  

Total Experience: 8+ years   

Technical Skills: Java, React Js / Javascript, Git

 

Required Skills 


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment.  
  • Proficient in Java development 
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle. 
  • Knowledge of ReactJS and TypeScript 
  • Knowledge of Git  
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle. 
  • Knowledge of Docker 
  • Working knowledge of relational databases  
  • Basic understanding of shell scripting

Roles and Responsibilities 


  • Partner with the product management team to define, design, and implement new functionality on Software Solutions    
  • You will be working in a team of engineers who are based in the Europe, but will also be working with engineers in Australia and US    
  • You will develop solutions based on SaaS offering 
  • Support and improve existing functionality   
  • Prototype new solutions 
  • Provide technical mentorship to your colleagues    
  • Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges  

 

Bonus Skills 


  • SAP knowledge: ABAP, HANA    
  • Experience in developing distributed applications  
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and IP networking concepts, particularly HTTP  
  • OS knowledge: Windows UNIX (Linux, also Solaris, AIX, HPUX)
