Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandling a team of 5 to 6Equity advisors. Manage and monitor advisory piece at micro levelscale up business or revenue through quality advisory and takingcorrective measure or strategy to build strong rapport withassociates and top 3040 customers.Forbuilding strong advisory desk will have to ensure regular trainingsand skill upgradation for team meets Should be well verse withcapital market and strong hold on domestic and global equities;Will be coordinating with numbers of departments like RMS/Branchesand few other critical depts on dailybasis.
1.Developing & Managing Franchisee Business Partners ofspecific region.2. Managing day to day ordaily client risk.3. Strategy for monthlybusiness along with driving daily revenue and other KRAs . Reviewevery 15 days on set targets also attend their queries or issues ifany. Join them on large client meet.4. Tocoordinate with CSE for account opening along with resolving clientqueries like software download terminal issue stock transfer andcollection of funds.5. Monitoring closely onmonthly sales through this team and pushing them for sourcing largecustomers as business sourced by them get offloaded on advisorydesk so both advisory and branch sales areinterconnected.6. Keep a check on Revenuegeneration Brokerage and Account opening.7.Visit to BA office as per Business need andrequirement.8. CrossSelling of productsrelated to Equity derivatives &Insurance.9. Conduct meetings Personal andVideo Call with Business Partner &Clients.10. To Deliver Regular Webinar andSeminar for Business Developments.11. Setthe Right Processes in the team and automate whereverrequired.12.coordinating with differentdepartments for smoothtransactions
Requiremento Educational Qualifications:Graduate / MBAo Additional Certification:NISMo Prior Experience: 5 years in brokingbusiness.o Domain Knowledge: Knowledge ofbroking operations knowledge risk profiling of client along withtechnical and fundamental understanding.o ITSkill: Knowledge of trading applications MS Officeetc.o Should have excellent understanding ofDerivativesspecifically Optionstrategieso Must have good communication andshould be aggressive and passionate aboutmarket
