The Position
As an Advanced Business Analyst II – Test Manager, you will lead testing projects to ensure a successful delivery that also meets compliance standards. Focus areas include requirements analysis, test design, test case creation, test execution, test documenting and reporting. Act as a SME in Testing and provide expertise to diversified projects across business units and abreast in latest technology and trends in Testing and ability to suggest improvement and onboard IT systems to new technologies. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities: 

  • Overall accountable for the defining and implementing the test strategy and promoting good testing practises on their projects.
  • Efficiently author and review Test Plans, Test cases with respect to Requirements, author relevant document deliverables like protocols and reports to define and implement test strategy including roadmap, tools and deliver the services with acceptable service evaluations.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor test metrics related to the quality of testing services delivered and continually improve processes around testing, coach, and mentor testers.
  • Organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests. Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders. Improve capabilities of testing team through mentoring and coaching.
  • Wherever relevant, spearhead automation testing related tasks including planning, effort estimate, identifying test scenarios, execution.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 10+ years of experience in working in a service level-based organization/ pharmaceutical industry in the Testing domain.
  • 10+ years of experience in computer system validation (CSV) with a focus on acceptance verification activities including work experience in supporting GxP IT systems.
  • Solid Knowledge in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience working with test management tools like HP ALM, Jira.
  • Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodology and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and external parties.
  • Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders.
  • Good to have ITIL or ISO Quality management certification.

Cross DD & IT Testing Centre of Excellence aims to fulfil testing requirements of our business partners with highly competent inhouse talents with good knowledge on NN QMS, procedures and tools. While the project team focus on the project deliverables, our team will help strategize, plan, design and execute tests, manage defects in a compliant and efficient way. We are on the constant lookout to eliminate redundancies, reduce project risks and deploy best practices from across business units.
