Aboutthe Role: Assistant EngineerSolar
Asthe Assistant Engineer Solar for GRE Renew Enertech Private Limitedyou will play a crucial role in site surveying installation andcommissioning of solar groundmount plants. Your responsibilitieswill include managing installation timelines ensuring technicalcompliance and supporting the project manager in adhering toproject schedules and qualitystandards.
FunctionalParameters:
1.SiteSurvey:
Target:Conduct thorough and accurate site surveys to determine thefeasibility and requirements for solar groundmountinstallations.
2.InstallationManagement:
Target:Oversee and manage the installation process ensuring adherence totechnical specifications and projecttimelines.
3.TechnicalKnowledge:
Target:Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to ensure the correctinstallation and functioning of solar plantcomponents.
4.TimelineAdherence:
Target:Ensure all installation activities are completed within the projecttimelines set by the ProjectManager.
5.QualityAssurance:
Target:Implement and maintain highquality standards throughout theinstallation process ensuring the reliability and efficiency of thesolarplants.
6.MaterialInspection:
Target:Inspect and manage materials to ensure quality and compliance withprojectspecifications.
7.TeamManagement:
Target:Effectively manage and coordinate the installation team to optimizeperformance and ensure projectsuccess.
8.Commissioning:
Target:Oversee the commissioning process ensuring all systems are fullyoperational and meet performancestandards.
9.Reporting:
Target:Provide regular reports on installation progress challenges andsolutions to internalstakeholders.
10.Compliance:
Target:Ensure all installation and commissioning activities comply withrelevant regulations and industrystandards.
Requirements
FundamentalParameters:
Experience:4 to 5 Years of proven experience in installation and site surveyof solar plants with a minimum of 3 years in the relevantindustry.
Qualification:Diploma/Degree Engineer (Electrical /Electronics).
Location:MehsanaGujarat.
Compensation:Competitive aligned with industrystandards.
GenderPreference:Male.
AgeRange: 25 to30.
ReportingRelationship: Reports to DeputyManager SolarProject.
Preference:Candidates with extensive experience in largescale solargroundmount installations especially in 66kV and 11kV projects arepreferred.
