Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables'- Resposible for All eVehicle Platforms - Field failure & improvements- Prepare & present monthly MIS for field quality KPI's- Handling and co ordinating complete field failure & field upgradation activites with service team & Dealer team- Delaer visit to enhance the product performance & customer feedback collections.- Responsible for field failure analysis of complete Model (Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical)- Co ordination & follow up with CFT team for CAPA implementation & monitoring action effectivness to acheive quality goals on current product- Faciliate weekly meeting with CFT team to drive corrective action & implementation.- Be capable of presenting current & emerging concern to personnel at all levels including senior managment within the organisation.- Lesson learnt deployment for upcoming new launches.- Participation in New Model testing and developement.(DFMEA/DVP). Experience5-8 yearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive OEM, Tier one automotive supplier QualificationsBachelor of engineering (Electrical/Electronics)General Requirements'-Problem solving & Data analysis-Data analysis with the help of quality tools-Data Management-Communication skills-Customer oriented approach & team player-Planning and execution of the task '- Awareness of quality tools (New 7QC, 8D, Yellow Belt)' -Awareness on quality system ( IATF , ISO & ), certified internal auditor- Data Analysis and Problem solving skills (QlikView, Power BI) '- Knowledge on electrical commodity (BMS, Battery , DC DC,MCU & Charger ) etc- Knowledge on Basic EV Architecture-Good analytical skill & statistical approach, data oriented - Usage of Quality tools for solving concerns like 8D, fish bone, DOE, paired comparison, why why analysis etc.,- Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills
