We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Duty Doctor. As a Duty Doctor, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients and assisting with emergency situations. This is a full-time position based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the medical field. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, with proficiency in MBBS and OPD.


Qualifications and Skills


  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating common medical conditions
  • Experience in emergency medical care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Valid medical license and registration


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide medical care to patients and ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals under your care
  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses
  • Assist with emergency medical situations and provide immediate medical attention to patients in critical condition
  • Prescribe medication and treatment plans as necessary
  • Keep accurate and detailed medical records
  • Communicate with patients and their families to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and potential risks
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research, technologies, and treatment methods
  • Adhere to all medical and ethical standards and guidelines
