About this Opportunity:

Miller Knoll Global Creative Studio is looking for an “Assistant Project Manager” (Bangalore) to join our team. The “Assistant Project Manager” (Bangalore) will work to provide will be primarily responsible for tracking creative deliverables, owning timelines and maintaining the project management process across all deliverable types, including Seasonal Channel Campaigns, Catalogs, In-Store Collateral, Digital Projects, International Versioning and social media for the Herman Miller and Herman Miller Gaming brands. The ability to work independently while adjusting and adapting management styles and techniques to the uniqueness of each project is essential to success in this role. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment and must have an unrelenting positive spirit and "can-do" attitude. This role reports locally to Digital Capabilities Manager and matrix reporting to Herman Miller Project Manager (US based). Essential Functions: • Assistant Project Manager to support Herman Miller Retail, Gaming, and HM International. • Build out timelines for international version projects (i.e., APMEA Herman Miller Sale).

• Build out timelines for one-off projects for Herman Miller Retail and Gaming.

• Review and update timelines in Wrike ahead of the status meetings and communicate any updates to the project manager ahead of the meeting.

• Regularly communicate and present project schedules, statuses, and updates, always tailoring communication and bringing solutions and opportunities in efficiencies.

• Processing invoices and PO’s, tracking and recording users for the account.

• Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

• Ensures that all projects are released to post-production on time to guarantee project due dates.

• Liaison with APMEA teams on project updates and status, to help with North America off-hours support. Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web development or a related field. • 2 to 3 years of experience in the essential functions listed above.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

• Openness to receiving direction and working within specified deadlines.

• Adherence to processes and procedures defined for the role, the team, and the organization.

• Previous experience in a retail marketing driven environment is a plus.

• Effective collaboration with a variety of internal and external business partners.

• Flexibility in working hours to overlap with Eastern Time Zone

Assistant Project Manager is expected to work in a Hybrid mode or fully on-site. This role will work in the shift timings of 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. IST.

The employees could be requested to work in a different shift on rare occasions to support the business during a critical issue or for any releases/migrations that maybe scheduled.
