Overview:

Weare seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Setter to join ourteam. This role requires a high level of precision and expertise inprogramming and setting CNC machines. The ideal candidate will havea strong background in engineering with extensive experience in CNCoperations programming andmaintenance.


Responsibilities:
  • Developand program CNC machines using specify software e.g. Master camSolidWorks etc. to produce parts as per engineeringdrawings.
  • Set up tools fixtures andmachine settings according to the requiredspecifications.
  • Conduct firstarticleinspections using precision measuring instruments to ensureproducts meet qualitystandards.
  • Perform routinemaintenance on CNC machines to ensure operationalefficiency.
  • Identify andtroubleshoot programming errors or machine malfunctions to minimizedowntime.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof programming code machine settings and maintenancelogs.
  • Work closely with theproduction team and engineers to optimize machining processes andimprove overallproductivity.


Requirements
  • Diplomaor Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (B.E) preferably in Mechanicalor related field.
  • 48 years ofexperience in CNC programming andsetting.
  • Certification in CNCprogramming from a recognized institution ispreferred.
