Job Overview

Join our team as a Hotel KST Supervisor at Solaris Hotel Indore As a Hotel KST Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our hotel. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen, service, and transport departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years. The job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and service standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in computer applications and hotel management software
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the kitchen, service, and transport departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide high-quality service and meet performance standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor and control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events, weddings, and other special occasions
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality of facilities, equipment, and services
