About the team

This team will be responsible for IVR development using the latest technologies available such as Nuance Mix, NLU, Voice biometrics etc.

What you will be doing:

Ability to put together detailed plans that set out the goals, schedule, resources, and key steps for projects.

Ability to work with all relevant stakeholders like clients, sponsors, business partners and support teams. Keep everyone updated, manage expectations, and manage hurdles or challenges with clear communication.

Experience in budgeting and financial management. Forecast finances and make data-driven decisions.

Attention to details and ability to keep detailed records and updating stakeholders throughout the project.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Come up with solutions quickly and adjust to new challenges to keep projects on track.

What you bring:

5 to 10yrs of experience as Project Manager in driving Contact Center Technologies projects.

Strong knowledge of Contact Center environment and operations

Project management; Stakeholder management; Good communication skills; Problem solving; Financial management;
