Timehub is looking for a strong Principal Product Manager, Tech to drive product strategy and launch best-in-class Time and Attendance solutions to our customers, worldwide.
You will own a user-facing product available on mobile and desktop enabling Amazon's global workforce of 1.5M+ employees to manage their time, attendance, and pay. You will partner with dedicated Engineering and User Experience (UX) teams to both execute continuous feature improvement and drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents (PRFAQs), definition of business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement. You will also serve as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will possess a strong product management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a Principal PMT, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, perform detailed data analyses, and influence the engineering decisions. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Create product strategy and roadmaps for the countries owned.
- Deep dive customer needs and pain points in relation to Time needs and identify right solutions.
- Gather Business Requirements and partner with Technology Teams to deliver customer solutions for Time related needs.
- Partner with customer and stakeholders to simplify policies through standardization.
- Own the post-launch maintenance and performance tracking of products launched; create scorecards related to the product areas owned.
- Own team-level business review documents; vison documents (PRFAQs)
- Collaborate with cross platform products for integrations and identifying dependencies.
- Partnering with software development, design and key partner teams to deliver on product vision and roadmap.
- Establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Exceptional document writing skills: should have authored PRFAQs/Strategy docs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
